About the Opportunity

CG Resourcing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading international contractor undertaking a major new construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the project team. This is a full-time position specifically requiring a commitment to night shift work.

Role Summary

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing a designated section of the major construction project. This role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery through effective coordination and supervision of on-site activities during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the safe, right first time, and on-time delivery of a specific section of the project.
• Coordinate effectively with neighboring section teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Liaise with specialist project-wide teams, including MEP, logistics, safety, and quality.
• Follow short-term schedules to meet the requirements outlined in the project master schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site on a day-to-day basis.
• Attend all required coordination and internal team meetings.
• Prepare planning documentation for upcoming workdays.
• Deliver construction practices and methodologies in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience working on major building construction projects, preferably within the Middle East region.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to work night shifts as required by the project schedule.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent work during night shifts to support the project's operational demands.
