About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Advanced Analytics to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on enhancing the company's analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

In this role, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts, guiding their work to deliver impactful analytics solutions aligned with business goals. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for advanced analytics, develop predictive models, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and analytics within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and planning activities for the advanced analytics team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to propose data & AI use cases, secure funding, and plan resources and budget for implementation.
Manage the demand and delivery of use cases, establishing realistic timelines and prioritizing items in the pipeline and backlog with stakeholder transparency.
Manage use case delivery with various vendors.
Work closely with data engineering, architecture, and BI service teams to ensure data availability.
Collaborate with data strategy and governance teams in defining and refreshing the data and analytics strategy.
Ensure advanced analytics projects align with organizational goals.
Ensure utilization of the data analytics platform and visualization tools to deliver insights to stakeholders.
Collect and report progress metrics, obstacles, and delays on a regular basis.
Research and implement cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence for efficient data analysis.
Identify best practices in analytical modeling and apply them to use case development that supports business objectives.
Advise product teams on new products, features, or updates through data-based recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends in advanced analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

A Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong focus on leadership roles.
Proven experience in developing and deploying predictive models and leveraging big data analytics.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with programming languages relevant to data analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills
