About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Development Audit to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading and managing the audit function across the company's significant development projects. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this leadership role is to ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all development projects. The Senior Manager will be responsible for executing comprehensive audit plans, driving internal control assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance governance and risk management. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to strengthen the control environment, optimize processes, and support Qiddiya's ambitious development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based audits across capital project activities.
• Review governance, processes, and control environments related to development, including design and delivery functions.
• Review cost-related practices and financial controls within capital projects.
• Evaluate alignment with approved policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Identify key risks and translate them into clear audit observations and recommendations.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to support audit execution and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Support audit planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with capability building and knowledge sharing within the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in audit, particularly within development projects or capital project activities. A strong understanding of corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards is essential.
