This full-time position is for a highly experienced professional who will serve as the technical authority for all mechanical aspects of infrastructure projects. The role focuses on ensuring that mechanical installations comply with both municipal and international engineering standards, bridging the gap between design and site execution.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing critical mechanical infrastructure elements, including water networks, sewage systems, pumping stations, and irrigation systems. This involves a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles from initial design through to successful implementation on site, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical expert for all mechanical infrastructure components.
• Ensure seamless transition and compliance from design specifications to on-site execution.
• Verify that all mechanical installations meet municipal (Amanah) requirements and international engineering standards.
• Lead and guide multi-disciplinary teams within demanding construction environments.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations on project progress and technical findings.
• Implement cost-optimization and value engineering strategies without compromising project quality.

Essential Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, piping standards, and pump station design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized hydraulic modeling tools.
• Deep familiarity with local authority specifications (Amanah/MOMRA) and Saudi Building Codes.
