Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, specifically for DEL 425. This role ensures that all projects meet established quality standards, adhere to budget constraints, and are completed within the defined timelines, aligning with Qiddiya's vision for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for DEL 425, ensuring successful project execution from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance using relevant tools and techniques, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status.
• Foster teamwork and a culture of accountability among project team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout all project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant project management experience. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
