About the Role

CNTXT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring successful project execution within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while also driving client satisfaction and contributing to delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large and high-complexity projects or programs from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to approved scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, revenue, cost tracking, and margin performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to safeguard financial outcomes.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring disciplined governance and timely escalation of critical matters.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for client stakeholders, conducting governance meetings, providing structured reporting, managing escalations, and maintaining alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables across the project or program.
• Mentor Associate and Project Managers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CNTXT’s Project Delivery Framework, tools, and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital, cloud, or data transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with significant budgets, multiple stakeholders, and elevated risk complexity.

Required Certifications and Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent project management certification is required.
• An Agile certification (*, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum) is desirable.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is essential.

• Financial & Margin Management: Strong capability in managing budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and margin performance, with the ability to take corrective action to protect commercial outcomes.
• Risk, Issue & Change Management: Ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, while enforcing structured change control to protect scope, schedule, and budget.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Ability to manage client and internal stakeholders effectively, lead governance discussions, provide clear reporting, and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
• Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership: Ability to align internal teams, partners, and subcontractors around shared delivery objectives and ensure consistent execution across the engagement.
• Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Ability to mentor less experienced project managers, share best practices, and contribute to improving delivery standards and execution maturity.
