Role Overview

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist Community Engagement to contribute to its strategic objectives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting the comprehensive implementation of community engagement initiatives. The role involves coordinating effectively with diverse stakeholders, managing communication efforts, and actively assisting in the delivery of various programs designed to foster positive and lasting relationships between Qiddiya and local communities. The Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of all engagement activities and in systematically gathering community feedback to inform and refine ongoing efforts.

Strategic Engagement and Outreach

• Assist in executing community engagement strategies that align with Vision 2030 and corporate ESG objectives.
• Organize and provide support for outreach events, forums, townhalls, and local consultations involving residents and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Support the identification and comprehensive mapping of local stakeholders relevant to Qiddiya's initiatives.
• Help manage established communication channels and coordinate timely responses to community inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder contact databases and ensure records are updated following interactions or meetings.

Community Program Implementation

• Coordinate the logistics and oversee the delivery of various community programs in areas such as education, training, well-being, and culture.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, partners, and vendors to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of all initiatives.

Reporting and Documentation

• Support the preparation of detailed engagement reports, presentations, and comprehensive documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

Prospective candidates for the Senior Specialist Community Engagement role are required to demonstrate substantial professional experience. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in community engagement, public relations, social impact, or a closely related field is essential for this position.
