The position requires a professional with expertise in managing the entire contract lifecycle to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist - Contracts Management will oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration. This includes ensuring that contracts are well-structured, compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies, and effectively support the company's project goals. The role demands a proactive approach to contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
• Monitor contract performance and proactively manage potential risks or disputes.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the contract management function.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management.
• Preference for experience in large-scale projects or infrastructure development.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple contracts concurrently.
