About the Role

Maaden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving innovation and digital transformation through advanced AI solutions within the organization.

Role Overview

This role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable AI applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks. The primary objective is to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
• Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform to enable rapid, low-code application development and embed AI into business workflows.
• Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources, ensuring high-quality data modeling, cleaning, and fine-tuning for optimal AI model performance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration using technologies like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. The role requires 5-10 years of experience, with a specific focus on 4-7 years in AI/ML development for enterprise-grade solutions. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI Ecosystem, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Orchestration, and Data & Integration frameworks is essential.
