About the Service Technician Role

Lucid Motors is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to meet manufacturer standards and company procedures. The Service Technician plays a crucial role in supporting workshop operations by delivering high-quality technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding safety and operational excellence within the service center.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Technician will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure vehicle integrity and efficient workshop operations. This includes:

• Performing vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
• Identifying mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards and workshop procedures.
• Conducting testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles operate correctly before delivery.
• Supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues with guidance.
• Accurately documenting repair findings, work performed, and parts utilized.
• Ensuring timely completion of repair orders while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintaining workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Adhering to all safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinating with Service Advisors and Parts teams for efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Participating in technical training to continuously improve product and technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong foundation in automotive service and repair. The essential qualifications include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service and repair.
• A Diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Understanding of repair manuals, technical documentation, and OEM procedures.
• Familiarity with workshop health and safety practices.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is considered a plus.
