About the Role

Technogym is seeking a Services Engineer Subs to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent resolution of product installation and service requests.

Role Overview

The Services Engineer will act as a customer advocate, ensuring all customer needs related to Technogym products are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute service jobs according to defined standard operating procedures.
• Achieve field performance targets, including TTS (Time to Service), FTFR (First Time Fix Rate), and JMR3 (Jobs to be Re-assigned).
• Manage parts inventory to ensure a high level of accuracy.
• Educate customers on the technical use and maintenance of Technogym equipment.
• Perform root cause analyses of product issues to identify necessary parts and appropriate solutions.
• Properly manage work orders and service reports, including all requested information.
• Provide structured and technically meaningful feedback on detected market issues.
• Contact customers to provide estimated times of arrival for service.
• Escalate problems and reassign calls when necessary.
• Accurately report service data in compliance with assigned procedures.
• Ensure safe and responsible utilization and maintenance of work-related equipment and vehicles, adhering to Technogym guidelines and Health & Safety legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar services engineering role.
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Communications or a related field.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electronic engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge and experience working with mobile tools and applications.
• Experience in managing service orders, repair business, and client requests/complaints.
• Knowledge of IT networking is considered an advantage.
