About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Specialist Development Financial Planning & Analysis to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across various development projects and business units. The Specialist will provide critical financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of Qiddiya's development initiatives. The Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and financial models, playing a key part in the organization's financial oversight and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across various departments.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to maintain data consistency and integrity.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide support for business inquiries as needed.
• Work with business units to gather financial data and validate underlying assumptions.
• Support the annual budgeting process through data collection and coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure the accurate and timely generation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Provide support for purchase requisition (PR) requests.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
• Participate in financial system updates and initiatives aimed at reporting automation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to FP&A activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
