About the Role

Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer for its IT Channel business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving sales of Eaton's DPQ Electrical Products by cultivating relationships with MEP consultants and end-users. The role requires technical expertise, strategic sales planning, and active engagement with channel partners to ensure product specification and procurement throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to expand Eaton's DPQ Electrical Products in KSA, including strategies for new product introductions and market growth.
• Create annual action plans aligned with Eaton's DPQ growth targets for KSA.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales analysis reports for management review and forecasting.
• Provide regular updates on market feedback, sales performance, and identified challenges.
• Offer first-line technical support to facilitate client design approvals, collaborating with technical stakeholders on active projects.
• Focus on demand creation and specification sales activities within the Eaton IT Channel, engaging effectively with system integrators and end-users.
• Build and maintain relationships with End-users, IT Resellers, and System Integrators to achieve strategic market positioning for Eaton products.
• Conduct presentations to showcase DPQ solutions to customers.
• Manage sell-in and sell-out activities with Distributors to ensure timely and effective customer engagement.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations on product requirements for target markets to maximize market share and ensure sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver technical knowledge to customers and partners, ensuring optimal application fit and supporting project awards.
• Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials targeting IT Resellers and System Integrators.
• Facilitate inter-divisional collaboration within Eaton to support and deliver cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Experience

• An Engineering Degree is required; a background in IT or Communication Engineering is considered an asset.
• Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience within the IT channel market, including distribution and system integration.
• Possess deep knowledge of UPS systems, PDUs, racks, and critical infrastructure solutions.
• Fluent in English.
