About Alfanar and the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on selling service contracts by leveraging technical expertise and building strong client relationships. The position is critical for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning with overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell service contracts to both new and existing customers.
Identify potential clients and develop strategies for lead generation and sales closure.
Conduct customer visits and presentations to effectively communicate the value of service contracts.
Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and services to address client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to design service solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for contract renewals or upgrades.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service contracts.
Prepare and present service contract proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company standards.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
Monitor the performance and delivery of contracted services to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

General Responsibilities

Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.
