About the Role

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a Strategic Communications professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial sector for a part-time, ongoing role based in Riyadh. This position will support strategic projects, offering senior counsel and external communications expertise to a financial client.

Role Overview

As a key contributor to the communications team, you will provide strategic guidance and support for financial industry clients. This role involves partnering with a dynamic team to develop and execute communication strategies, manage stakeholder relations, and enhance client reputation. The GEN PLUS Group is a global collective of agencies focused on creativity and delivering impactful outcomes for brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic public relations and communications counsel on finance-related projects and campaigns.
• Assist in the development of media materials, thought leadership content, and press strategies.
• Offer expert input on reputation management, issues preparedness, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders and external partners as required.
• Contribute to messaging frameworks, media training, and campaign execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs, with a specific focus on the financial sector.
• A strong track record of advising at a senior level, including C-suite executives and global communications leads.
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and integrate quickly into ongoing projects.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time position, requiring availability for two weeks per month. Flexibility may be needed depending on project cycles. The role is based in Riyadh.
