About the Role

Istituto Marangoni Riyadh is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced faculty members to join its academic team for the 2026/2027 academic year. The school is recruiting professionals with a strong academic and professional background in Fashion Business, specifically in the areas of fashion marketing, principles of business, and fashion branding.

Key Responsibilities

Faculty members appointed to these positions will be expected to:

Deliver high-quality teaching within their area of specialization, adhering to Istituto Marangoni's academic standards and pedagogical approach.
Create an engaging, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating learning environment that fosters student development and creativity.
Collaborate with academic colleagues to contribute to the continuous enhancement of programs, courses, and teaching methodologies.
Participate in institutional activities, academic events, meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
Contribute to the School’s mission of excellence in higher education and the development of emerging creative talent.

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate:

A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in the relevant academic or professional field: fashion marketing, principles of business, fashion branding.
A demonstrated commitment to educational excellence, student-centered learning, and academic development.
Availability to teach at Istituto Marangoni Riyadh for the entire duration of the 2026/2027 academic year.
Current residence and professional activity in Riyadh, to align with the on-campus teaching requirements of the role.

Experience and Expertise

The role requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the field. Expertise in fashion marketing, principles of business, and fashion branding is essential for this position.
