About the Role

InnovaziT (A Happiest Minds company) is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to focus on pre-sales and sales support, driving customer adoption and facilitating the successful closure of opportunities.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, working closely with account executives to qualify strategic opportunities. This involves assessing prospects, understanding their business challenges, and identifying how InnovaziT's solutions can address their needs. A key aspect of the role is building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers to position InnovaziT as a preferred provider.

  • Collaborate with account executives to assess prospects and identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Communicate the advantages of InnovaziT's offerings, addressing customer pain points and demonstrating ROI.
  • Deliver tailored technical presentations, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Address technical objections, validate feasibility, and propose alternative solutions.
  • Develop technical proposals, architecture recommendations, and security strategies.
  • Support customers through pilot programs and evaluation initiatives.
  • Provide pre-sales insights to accelerate deal closure.
  • Represent InnovaziT at industry events and forums.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles. A strong background in software development, including languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, is essential. A solid understanding of software security tools and methodologies is required; certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP are considered a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
  • Strong background in software development (*, C/C++, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Solid understanding of software security tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP are advantageous.

Skills and Attributes

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are mandatory. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about solving security challenges. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication within the region.

Work Location and Travel
