About the Role

Midis Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to supporting the Sales team by providing expert advice and coordination on all technical aspects. The role encompasses account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations, solution design, and training, positioning the Pre-Sales Engineer as a key technical expert who builds strong relationships with partners and customers to drive business through various technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Engineer will execute a range of duties critical to the sales and solution delivery process. These responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in the technical and solution design of the company's products and services.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and achieve set targets.
  • Creating specific account plans for products, services, and sales pertaining to the company's offerings.
  • Supporting and advising the Sales team on the technical aspects of the sales lifecycle, including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals, high-level designs, and demonstrations.
  • Running, managing, and driving Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), and closing opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective.
  • Building sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives.
  • Leading technical sales calls.
  • Managing the adoption, integration, and value generation of offered products and services within customer/partner businesses and related IT infrastructure.
  • Completing required pre-sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner.
  • Developing content, training, and supporting partners and customers.
  • Responding to after-hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalating issues if needed.
  • Utilizing available systems, such as *********** CRM, for leads, opportunity, and deal registration management to ensure output efficiency and standardization.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Pre-Sales Engineer position should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory capacity.
