About the Warehouse Specialist Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience to manage and optimize warehouse operations. The role is integral to ensuring the efficient flow of goods and accurate inventory management within the company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, and managing warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate inventory item records, including coding based on homogeneity and usage.
  • Organizing and maintaining warehouse records, ledgers, and cards for easy access and auditing.
  • Monitoring and controlling the quantities of incoming and outgoing stock, overseeing overall inventory levels.
  • Following up on the issuance of delivery orders to various branches and units.
  • Matching incoming shipments against lists, verifying quantities and specifications, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with supply terms.
  • Preparing and organizing storage areas to facilitate efficient dispatch and receipt operations.
  • Developing and implementing work procedures and methods, leveraging modern technologies where applicable.
  • Preparing specialized reports related to warehouse operations, presenting findings, providing clarifications, and saving them in the database according to established policies.
  • Following up on procedures for receiving materials and goods, ensuring accuracy in matching quantities and specifications.
  • Storing materials and goods under appropriate conditions to maintain their quality.
  • Dispatching inventory to relevant departments as required.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a similar role. A strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse organization is essential. The ability to develop and implement efficient work procedures using modern technologies is also a key requirement.
