We are currently expanding our teams and are seeking a Windows System Administrator to join our full-time operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

The Windows System Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our enterprise Windows infrastructure. This includes maintaining server environments, overseeing hybrid cloud and identity solutions, ensuring system security through regular patching, and managing data backup and recovery processes. The role also involves resolving technical incidents and documenting changes within our IT service management system.

Core Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP, on VMware platforms.
• Manage Azure cloud workloads and oversee identity, access policies, and synchronization via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Test, deploy, and audit monthly OS and application patches across all Windows servers to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Manage and test daily system backups utilizing Veeam to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Resolve Level 2/3 Windows incidents and document standardized Change Requests and root causes in OpenText SMAX.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of enterprise Windows Systems Administration experience in a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications are preferred:

• Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Azure Administrator
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
