About the Sales Specialist Role

*********** is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on supporting the sales process through technical understanding and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific prospect needs.
• Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing questions and concerns about product functionality.
• Assist in designing customized solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Participate in the development of proposals, including technical documentation and solution architecture frameworks.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide insights to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure customers understand product functionality and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any major.
• 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or similar Business Intelligence (BI) roles.
• A strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data visualization, and analytical tools, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience with and management of at least one database engine.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux deployment and maintenance.
• Other related technical skills are also required.
