Key Responsibilities:
- Laundry Processing: Handle washing, dry cleaning, and pressing as per established procedures.
- Chemical Management: Safely use laundry chemicals and solvents as instructed.
- Item Marking & Inspection: Mark items for laundering and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adherence to Guest Requests: Follow specific guest instructions regarding laundry preferences.
- Equipment Care: Maintain equipment and the working area in a clean and organized manner.
- Operational Support: Attend briefings and assist with valet services as required.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the working area professional and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury environment.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English.
- Professionalism: Well-presented and groomed to match Raffles' high standards.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
