About the Role:As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Grand Millennium Tabuk Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Housekeeping with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. Key Responsibilities:- Inspect work regularly to maintain cleanliness standards and adjust schedules based on occupancy levels.
- Supervise cleaning tasks and maintain accurate records while inspecting rooms and public areas.
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate with Engineering and Front Office teams.
- Manage uniform standards and ensure proper attire for the team.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of housekeeping staff.
- Collaborate on standard operating procedures and budget planning.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement safety and security measures within the department.
