Technical and Soft Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of international safety codes and standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Practical understanding of scaffolding safety, heavy lifting, excavation safety, and heat stress management, particularly in desert climates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and the ability to assertively and diplomatically enforce safety rules with contractors and construction managers.

Work Location and Project Context

This is a full-time role requiring relocation to and work within the Tabuk region. Direct experience working on Saudi Arabian giga-projects, such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, or Amaala, and navigating their aggressive timelines and extreme weather conditions, is highly preferred.
