Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Manager!

As a Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton, you will be at the forefront of managing all operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Your role is crucial in delivering excellent guest and member experiences while ensuring efficient staff training and adherence to budget guidelines.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Managing all operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
• Maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Food and Beverage team.
• Managing guest queries efficiently and timely.
• Working within budgeted guidelines for food, liquor costs, and payroll.
• Setting departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
• Developing menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team.
• Conducting monthly stock takes and setting monthly objectives.
• Incentivizing the team to maximize sales and revenue.
• Evaluating guest satisfaction levels and focusing on continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:
A successful candidate will possess:

• Management or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets.
• Compliance with Food and Beverage brand standards.
• Capability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of grooming standards.
• Willingness to develop team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.

Qualifications:
While a degree in a relevant area and a passion for exceptional guest service are advantageous, your experience and attitude are crucial.
