About the Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and optimize digital marketing efforts. Your role will involve managing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building strong industry networks to ensure that all content aligns with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement with key target audiences, ensuring extensive experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Plans, executes, and manages digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and e-marketing campaigns.
  • Measures and analyzes the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging various marketing tools and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Uses marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, and maintains proficiency in additional digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborates with copywriters, designers, and content creators to ensure all digital content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Works closely with internal departments to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and organizational strategies.
  • Monitors SEO performance and user engagement, recommending content and website optimizations to enhance reach and effectiveness.
  • Engages with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network and foster partnerships.
  • Provides regular performance reports and constructive feedback, with actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite is a plus.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in audience research and analysis.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Brandwatch and other social listening platforms.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
