Job Title: Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional barista with a passion for specialty coffee, capable of expertly operating coffee machines and understanding different types of coffee beans and preparation methods, with excellent communication skills to create a unique experience that reflects the identity of the place and the quality of service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operate coffee machines (espresso, grinders, steaming devices) efficiently and safely.
\n
• Prepare all hot and cold coffee beverages according to established quality standards.
\n
• Know the types of coffee beans, roasting degrees, extraction methods, and grinding adjustments.
\n
• Implement coffee art (Latte Art) at a good to excellent quality.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools continuously.
\n
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and build positive relationships with them.
\n
• Explain products and suggest beverages in a smart marketing manner.
\n
• Contribute to improving customer experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
\n
• Commit to safety and occupational health procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with the team and comply with management instructions.
