Position Overview
The Quality Control Technician role is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality standards. You will support continuous improvement by maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material and Process Control:
  • Inspect and verify raw materials for compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes for adherence to quality requirements.
• Finished Product Quality Testing:
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products.
  • Ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Quality System Maintenance:
  • Maintain and implement quality control systems and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Problem Collaboration and Improvement:
  • Identify quality issues and collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve them.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: A Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; technical qualifications may be acceptable with relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Major: Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with QC tools and AQL sampling standards.
• Ability to use inspection equipment like calipers and micrometers.
• Basic data analysis skills to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
