Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, condensers, blowers, and dampers.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC systems, ensuring they are clean and operating efficiently.
• Repair or replace defective parts in AC units and ensure timely resolution of emergencies.
• Install ductwork and perform required insulation works on HVAC ducts.
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and manage spare parts and tool inventory.
• Perform electrical maintenance related to HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with package PCB cards and controls.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with safety procedures.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proficient understanding of HVAC and refrigeration trade practices.
• Ability to read manuals and effectively use tools for repair and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
