Role Overview:
The Transportation Officer at Ninja plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the logistics associated with the transportation of goods. You will ensure the efficient coordination of transportation activities, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and optimize routing for cost-effective deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery operations.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Assist in route planning to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to address any issues related to transportation.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and documentation.
Support the Transportation Supervisor in implementing process improvements and policies.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and SLA requirements with the ability to ensure proper shipment sequencing and timely deliveries.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a highly organized Transportation Specialist to manage and coordinate transport operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based contract role requiring strong logistics planning, real-time coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations for personnel, equipment, and materials.
Develop transport schedules, routing plans, and deployment strategies.
Coordinate with fleet providers, drivers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor vehicle utilization, movement tracking, and operational efficiency.
Manage transport requests, dispatching, and contingency planning.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and project protocols.
Handle on-ground issues, delays, and last-minute operational changes.
Prepare reports on transport performance and resource usage.

Requirements:

Saudi Talent (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in transportation, fleet operations, or logistics coordination.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and dispatch operations.
Familiarity with tracking systems, scheduling tools, or transport management systems is an advantage.
GCC/Saudi experience preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
