We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Officer to join our team at Wazpack Company Limited based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time on-site role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain and keep data accurate and organized.

Role Description:
This position involves entering and maintaining data in our company databases while ensuring accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities also include managing records, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to support various data-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy.
• Verify data integrity and correct errors when necessary.
• Organize and manage files, records, and documents.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
• Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Work with the ERP systems to manage data and operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher (Associated degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative tasks.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or data-entry software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
