We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager, Security to lead and oversee all security operations and initiatives. The role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets, projects, employees, and information against potential threats.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager, Security to lead and oversee all security operations and initiatives. The role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets, projects, employees, and information against potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and establish effective mitigation plans.
- Create, enforce, and continuously update security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversee daily security operations including physical security, access control, and incident response.
- Lead and manage the security team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Promote security awareness through training programs and internal campaigns.
- Develop and execute incident response plans and lead investigations of security breaches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective security practices.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
