Job Specifications:
- Required Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Required Experience: 8 years of experience in Marketing Management or a related field.

- Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Mailchimp, SEO/SEM) knowledge - Expert
- Communication and interpersonal skills - Expert

- Required Languages: Arabic - Fluent, English - Fluent
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising plans aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
- Identify target markets and customer segments for customized marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities and threats.
- Review and approve all marketing content across various platforms.
- Coordinate with different teams to craft marketing plans for product launches and updates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
- Manage the development of packaging materials to meet design standards.
- Oversee public relations activities to enhance public image, including media relations and event coordination.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and agencies.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness.
- Participate in departmental meetings to address challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing performance and trends.
