As a Landside Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and operating landside transport modalities such as truck or rail transport of cargo and containers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams with lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal.
- Set direction and develop business and operational areas while implementing business plans.
- Develop and implement policies and practices to ensure effective operations.
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Knowledge in Operations/People management, Excel, Kewill, and basic SAP TMS.
