Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager

In this executive role, you will lead and drive the Supply Chain Department towards continuous development and deployment of best-in-class practices. Your primary responsibility will be maximizing business alignment between all stakeholders through improved collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of supply chain strategies across various functions within the organization.
Manage the execution of the supply chain strategy with all project parties.
Design training procedures for the supply chain team in alignment with best practices.
Encourage 'best-practice' sharing through structured meetings and workshops.
Oversee the development of sustainable supply chain improvements in various operational areas.
Facilitate the certification process for supply chain sub-departments.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 70%, Outdoors: 30%

Working Days: 5
Days off: 2
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Qualifications:

BSc Degree in relevant field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a relevant industry.
CSCP, PMP, and SCOR certifications preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

المسؤوليات:

استراتيجية سلسلة الإمداد: قيادة تكامل استراتيجيات سلسلة الإمداد عبر الوظائف وإدارة التنفيذ مع جميع الأطراف المعنية، لضمان بدء مشاريع آمنة وتحسين دوران الأعمال.
تطوير التميز: تطوير خرائط عملية مبسطة وتقييم التقنيات الرائدة لمواءمة الاستراتيجيات مع أفضل الممارسات.
وظيفة المبادرات: تنفيذ تحسينات في عمليات سلسلة الإمداد، ومراقبة التقدم باستخدام منهجيات Lean وSix Sigma، وضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.

في هذا الدور، ستختبر بيئة عمل ديناميكية وداعمة مع المسؤوليات الداخلية التي تشكل 70% من عملك، إلى جانب الفرص للتفاعل الخارجي. تتكون أيام العمل من خمسة أيام في الأسبوع، من 8 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً، بما في ذلك ساعة استراحة.
