Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business goals and cost efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Oversee the full purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery and payment.
• Implement and manage procurement systems, policies, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure compliance with company and local regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and analyze monthly purchasing reports and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in construction, real estate, or multi-sector organizations).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
