Join Thabt as a Branch Manager
Thabt is an automotive accessories brand based in Qatar since 2009, providing industry-leading solutions for vehicle mounting that ensure safe and legal driving. We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager for our Riyadh location. This is a full-time on-site role.

Role Overview
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations and staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising sales activities and managing customer inquiries.
• Coordinating with suppliers and monitoring inventory levels.
• Setting sales targets and preparing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in managing daily operations and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in sales and achieving performance targets.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and ensuring policy compliance.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
