About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This position requires a strong leader dedicated to driving operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to perform efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and quality.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
- Prepare production reports and communicate results to management.
- Assist in the development of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Foster a motivated and engaged production staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
