About the Role:We are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Senior Production Supervisor in Stamping. You will manage up to 30 staff and be responsible for leading operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. Your collaboration with various departments such as Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering will be essential in implementing new processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet objectives.
- Monitor safety occurrences and act as a first responder.
- Ensure the line is running smoothly and producing quality parts.
- Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem-solving.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer supervisory responsibilities and documents.
- Oversee daily material handling functions within the facility.
- Lead and manage production personnel to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure proper material flow through lean manufacturing practices.
- Manage Engineering Change Processes efficiently.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Engineering with a focus on Stamping.
- At least 8 years of experience in automotive stamping.
- 3+ years of direct leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- LEAN and TPS Certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
