Join Our Team as a Flash Sales Executive!
At Initial Facilities Management, we are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Flash Sales Executive to help drive our business growth across various services. This position requires a proactive individual capable of direct client interactions and contract negotiations that embody our core values of speed, trust, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities through field visits, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Conduct daily client meetings to present Initial’s extensive service portfolio.
• Prepare and issue quotations aligned with our pricing models, following up diligently on them.
• Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize client wallet share.
• Accurately record client interactions and progress using ******* CRM.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to ensure operational readiness before client commitments.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Flash Sales Manager.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly Revenue Target Achievement (%).
• Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Win Conversion Ratios.
• Cross-Selling Success Rate.
• CRM Data Accuracy and Timeliness.
• Client Retention and Satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but strong field sales experience can substitute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field or B2B sales, preferably within service-based industries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferably *********
• A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
