Spa Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to supporting various spa functions and ensuring guests receive memorable experiences through high-quality spa services. The Spa Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a wide range of services, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding available services.
• Efficiently check in guests for their appointments.
• Process payments seamlessly and accurately.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace environment for all guests and staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• No related work experience is required for this position.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within a hotel spa environment. The role involves direct interaction with guests and adherence to hospitality service standards.
