About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and distinctive experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative, delivering a wide range of services to guide guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Expert include:

  • Addressing and resolving guest requests promptly.
  • Completing required reports accurately.
