Summary:
The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of the institution through financial planning, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation. This role aims to achieve financial efficiency, improve resource utilization, and provide financial recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance

Years of Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

Professional Certifications:

• At least one of the following: CPA, SCOPA, CMA

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and enhancing financial policies and procedures
• Preparing financial and monthly reports for senior management
• Managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing variances
• Monitoring receivables, financial obligations, and cash flows
• Supervising the accounting team and ensuring financial efficiency
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Supporting senior management in making financial and strategic decisions
• Monitoring performance and analyzing gaps and deviations from plans

Required Skills:

• Advanced financial analysis skills
• Team leadership and performance development
• Proficiency in ERP programs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Power BI
• Financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi tax and zakat regulations
• Ability to prepare reports for senior management and boards
• Experience in the non-profit or endowment sector
