Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Develop and refine recipes, experimenting with new ingredients.
- Collaborate with management to design pastry menus that align with seasonal trends.
- Manage high-quality ingredients while maintaining inventory levels to prevent spoilage.
- Monitor the quality of pastries and desserts to meet our standards.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in a clean kitchen environment.
About You:The ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
