About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Hatchery Planner to support daily hatchery operations and production planning activities in Hail. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining production performance, and monitoring key performance indicators while upholding biosecurity and quality standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily hatchery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and monitor production plans in line with business requirements and production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maintain readiness and efficiency.
• Monitor hatchery performance, production results, hatchability, chick quality, and key operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with hatchery operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce biosecurity requirements to maintain high standards of flock health and operational safety.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and chick quality.
• Collaborate closely with hatchery management and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Production, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial poultry hatchery operations.
• Experience in incubation, hatching, chick processing, vaccination, and hatchery production processes.
• Knowledge of hatchery equipment operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with production planning, KPI analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

This role is based in Hail and involves working within a dynamic hatchery environment, collaborating with various teams to meet operational objectives and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
