Responsibilities:

Supervise cleaning teams and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the medical complex.
Organize work schedules and accurately track employee hours.
Evaluate field work quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular reports to management on workflow and cleanliness across all medical departments.
Train and guide new staff to comply with CBAHI standards and Australian accreditation.
Address operational or logistical issues affecting cleaning teams promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Moderate experience supervising cleaning teams or in similar service roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear and effective communication with team and management.
Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and medical cleaning protocols.
Ability to work with flexible schedules and accurate hourly tracking.
Preference for candidates residing in Mahail or nearby areas.
