We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Manager to assist in leading our property’s segmented sales efforts and help in implementing our sales strategies. At Jasmine Garden Hotel, we prioritize guest and employee satisfaction while aiming to achieve both segment revenue goals and property revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and executing the sales strategy.
  • Lead day-to-day sales activities to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maximize revenue by providing positive leadership and setting personal booking goals.
  • Analyze market information and assist with financial projections.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience OR
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in a similar field with 1 year of relevant experience.
