About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for managing secretarial tasks and coordinating activities within the Executive Office. This includes:
  • Handling appointments, transportation, and mail.
  • Coordinating VIP guest bookings and experiences.
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations and other general affairs as needed.
Additionally, you will be tasked with managing a complex schedule and adapting to shifting priorities. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of the Executive Office and ensuring smooth operations.

The perfect candidate will possess:
  • A solid work ethic and high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to quality.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong orientation towards customer service.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
