Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with HSSE policies, focusing on injury prevention and environmental regulatory adherence.
- Technical Guidance: Provide support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing activities while ensuring safety and reliability of operations.
- Operations Oversight: Manage maintenance activities and production efficiency while liaising with various departments for optimal performance and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries, with significant experience in line supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
