Join Lucid Motors as an Assistant Manager, Production Planning & Control!
At Lucid, we are pioneering the future of luxury electric vehicles, focusing on exceptional performance and innovative design. This role is a pivotal part of our operations, ensuring that our production processes align with customer demands and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production control team in organizing manufacturing activities.
Develop and execute production control strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with sales forecasts.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and engineering for smooth operations.
Monitor and analyze production performance metrics (KPIs).
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
Support new product launches and engineering changes from a planning perspective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

دعم المدير في قيادة النقل الخارجي لجميع أنشطة CBU (استيراد/تصدير/محلي).
المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات النقل لتحسين التكاليف ومستويات الخدمة.
التنسيق مع شركاء النقل و3PLs والفرق الداخلية لضمان سير العمليات اللوجستية بسلاسة.
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للنقل ودعم مبادرات تحسين الأداء.
المشاركة في تدقيق الشحن وعمليات الدفع وأنشطة التحكم في التكاليف.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح النقل والتجارة.
تعزيز الاستدامة من خلال توجيه فعال وتوحيد الأحمال.
الإشراف والتوجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق أهداف القسم.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو اللوجستيات أو الهندسة الصناعية أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
7–10 سنوات من الخبرة التقدمية في اللوجستيات أو التوزيع أو عمليات سلسلة الإمداد.
2–3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو قائد فريق داخل اللوجستيات.
فهم قوي لإدارة تكاليف الشحن والتحكم في الميزانية.
مهارات فعالة في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة الموردين.
الإلمام بمنصات TMS الخارجية.
